A faithful servant and excellent example to family and friends alike. It was a privilege to have known Don, and to have learned servant lessons via the examples of both Don & Doris at ZLCC.

Just heard about Don’s graduation and homecoming. We are voices from Don’s past; in fact, long past. The fellowship and love we received from Don and Doris at Bethany Church will forever remain in our hearts. Doris, we are praying for God’s comfort and strength be upon you and your family. Sorry we cannot attend the celebration of life service but we will be with you in spirit.
Much love,

Our faithful supporter has left us to be with our heavenly father and heaven has received her new member. He lived his faith and we see the fruit of his faith in the seed he planted in his children and grandchildren. He has left a lot of memories here building our center to benefit our urban youth and we are comforted knowing he will continue to pray for us. Our prayers are with Doris and the whole family. May you take comfort in knowing that you have an angel to watch over you now. He will be greatly missed.
